Parkville Animal Hospital opened its doors on March 15th, 1985 in the middle of a small strip shopping center, originally occupying one store. As owner Dr. Duane S. Mangini V.M.D. began seeing more patients, he quickly found that the business needed room to grow. In 1988, Parkville Animal Hospital expanded to an adjoining storefront, and again in 1995 with a third storefront, which occupies most of the small strip mall today. The exciting expansions allowed room for a larger surgical suite, boarding suites, dental suite, ultrasound/telemedicine room, and additional examination rooms.
