Dr. Ernest A. Slovon, Associate DVM, brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for animal care to his role at Parkville. With a DVM from the University of the Philippines, Dr. Slovon’s journey in veterinary medicine began when he was growing up in Silver Spring, MD, where he volunteered with veterinarians. During college, he worked as an aluminum siding installer while pursuing his dream to become a DVM.
His career has allowed him to provide the highest level of veterinary care for Baltimore County’s pets for over three decades. Dr. Slovon specializes in both small animal and exotic care.
Outside the clinic, Dr. Slovon is an avid runner and exercise enthusiast who recently joined the pickleball craze. He and his wife are proud parents of their Border Collie Jax and Rachel, his Triton Sulfur Crested Cockatoo.
