Arrival/Waiting Room Policy
We require that our clients keep dogs on a leash, and cats to remain in carriers during their visit. If you are aware of any biting issues with your pet, we ask that you please muzzle them.
If you are concerned your pet has a contagious disease, please let one of our staff members know and we will make proper arrangements so that they may not come into contact with other pets and clients.
Payment Methods
Parkville Animal Hospital accepts payment via cash, check, CareCredit®, MasterCard, American Express, Discover or Visa. So that we can continue to provide you high-quality service utilizing the best medical technologies, we request that payment be made at the time services are rendered.
We provide estimates for all surgeries and hospitalizations. If you have not received an estimate, you are welcome to request one at any time for your expected charges.
Prescription Refills
We carry a wide variety of pet products, including medications, parasite preventatives, and more.
If your pet needs a product refill, please call us 24-48 hours prior to the desired pick-up time. This will allow us to complete the request. If we do not have the product in stock, an advanced medication request will allow us enough time to obtain the product for your pet before the product runs out
