Luna and I had a great experience from start to finish at Parkville Animal Hospital. The front desk girl (sorry don't know your name) was so friendly and make check-in/check-out simple! Jen, our vet tech, was so kind and made me feel at ease. She took her time with Luna and made her feel safe. Dr. Burton was wonderful! She was thorough and kind to Luna! I felt comfortable with how Luna was handled. I did research on local veterinary offices. I have been to others. Parkville Animal Hospital will be my go to! Thank you for such a great first appointment! Appointments can be made online. Prices are reasonable. They have parking behind the building.
Parkville Animal Hospital is the best that I’ve ever taken my dogs too! In my 77 years I’ve had many wonderful furbabies and gratefully they all lived a long life! But Parkville has all the veterinarian hospitals beat that I’ve ever gone to! They are caring, gentle, and show affection to my new little 2 year old Dachshund! Everyone there is polite and efficient! Dr. Burton I’ve known for my last 3 pets and I’m happy that she is my vet for my new little girl! She is attentive, never in a rush, and shows sincere interest and compassion!

I have been using Parkville Animal Hospital for 2 years now. I’m happy I found this vet. I have often called with questions and concerns about my pup and they have taken the time to answer my questions or ask a vet for more information. The online portal is great for making appointments but you can always call and get a hold of someone. They also try to make sure your dog is the only one in the lobby at a time which I like - helps keep my dog calm for the appointment. They are transparent about pricing.
Excellent service! From the first phone call before bringing my dog while just calling around at first, made me just want to take her there. While there, I was very very happy with my decision. The receptionist, Dr. Burton and her assistant (sorry I can’t remember her name but she was awesome), they made my baby(Dozier), fiancé and I feel very welcomed and comfortable. You can truly tell they love what they do and treat every animal as if they’re their own. Highly recommend 💯. I truly appreciate y’all!
